INLAND EMPIRE CHAPTER OF BACKCOUNTRY HORSEMEN: 'Leave No Trace' Education

On January 22, 2000, National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) Master Trainers, Ted & Lora Krauss will be presenting a "Leave No Trace" educational seminar, at no cost, to all outdoor recreation groups. "Leave No Trace" education is a guide to minimizing impact on natural resources and wildlife while respecting fellow recreationists and their desires to enjoy the land. Canoeists /kayakers, hikers, climbers, mountain bikers, snowmobilers, rafters, equestrians, 4-H'ers, boy scouts, girl scouts and cross-country skiers are strongly encouraged to attend. The seminar will be held at the Spokane County Agriculture Building, N 222 Havana, beginning at 10am. Bring a sack lunch and have an enjoyable day studying the outdoors.
